PP Fiber
PP fiber has a melt index of 25–30 g/10min for medium-flow grades and 35–40 g/10min for high-flow grades. It is mainly used in fiber spinning and spunbond nonwoven fabrics (with nonwovens accounting for approximately 70% of applications), as well as in packaging materials (such as bag linings and gift boxes), industrial fabrics, mattresses, and polypropylene filament yarns.

PP Fiber Grade is an ultra-clean homo-polymer polypropylene developed specifically for staple fiber spinning and nonwoven fabric production. This premium resin undergoes rigorous purification to achieve exceptionally low ash content and minimal volatile organic compounds, ensuring consistent spinnability and superior fiber quality. The optimized melt flow characteristics enable high-speed spinning with excellent drawability, producing fibers with outstanding tenacity and controlled elongation. Our fiber-grade PP demonstrates excellent thermal bonding behavior for spunbond processes and clean meltblown web formation for filtration applications. The material’s inherent hydrophobicity, combined with excellent chemical resistance, makes resulting fabrics ideal for hygiene products, medical textiles, and industrial filtration. Peroxide-degraded variants available for specific MFI requirements.
