PP impact copolymer (block copolymer) features different melt flow rates: low flow at 3 g/10min, medium flow at 9 g/10min, and high flow at 20–40 g/10min.
- Low-flow copolymer is mainly used in plastic pallets, turnover boxes, chemical barrels, chemical sheets, battery casings, and toys.
- Medium-flow copolymer is used in scooters, household appliances, and daily-use items such as cosmetic containers.
- High-flow copolymer is primarily applied in automotive parts, washing machine drums, and other home appliances.

PP Impact Copolymer is a heterophasic polypropylene containing dispersed ethylene-propylene rubber (EPR) domains within a homo-polymer matrix, delivering exceptional impact resistance even at sub-zero temperatures. This advanced material bridges the gap between rigid homo-polymers and flexible elastomers, providing manufacturers with the toughness needed for demanding applications without sacrificing processability. The carefully engineered rubber phase morphology ensures consistent impact performance across production batches while maintaining good stiffness and dimensional stability.
